The long oak table

The table in the dining room was found in a farm sale and carried up three flights by six very strong students. It seats fourteen if everyone is friendly.

At the end of each class we light candles, pour water and pass dishes. It's the part people remember.

Some of our friendships began there, and at least one wedding.
